The Volvo B7TL was a low floor double decker replacing the 2-axle version of Volvo Olympian. The model was introduced in 1999 and buses were built in Irvine. In 2000, the production line was transferred to Sweden.

Like the B9TL, the radiator of the B7TL was located at the right side of the engine compartment. This model was very popular in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Production of the B7TL ceased in 2006. It was superseded by 2-axled B9TL.
