This Hato Bus B10M is fitted with Fuji Heavy Industries body. 283 was photographed in Tokyo on 10 June 2001.

This diagram shows the internal layout of buses of this type. The centre-engined B10M chassis allows a big room behind the rear axle for the provision of mini bar and toilet. Refrigerator is located on the upper deck. 1+1+1 layout is not uncommon among inter-city luxury coaches in Japan.
