In order to provide services to routes where city buses or coaches cannot operate, New Lantao Bus Company has been using minibuses. In early 1990s, it purchased four 24-seat Mitsubishi Rosas to provide air-conditioned service. They are mostly found on Route 34, which links Shek Mun Kap and Tung Chung Town Centre.
In 2001, another Rosa entered service. It was transferred from Kwoon Chung Motors.
