MC9 (Page 2)

This picture shows the positions of the lower deck layout of the vehicle.

This picture shows the layout in the upper saloon. It looked quite luxurious.

But when you look back to the front, you would find that the high backed seats are not constructed like the air-conditioned buses. They are ordinary seats with slightly higher handles. Then seats and backrests were bolted to the seats. However, they were good enough to make them these 12 Metrobuses, 2 Titans and an ex-London Transport Fleetline the most comfortable non-airconditioned buses in Hong Kong.

On 27 May 2000, MC9 was painted in red and was left NWFB Wong Chuk Hang Depot. This bus, together with a number of 12m buses, are bought by a subsidiary of Ensign Bus in Australia. This is the only 2 axled bus they bought from Hong Long. Note that the cushions have been removed.
