Ex-NWFB Condors in BritainPhoto courtesy: David Ashworth ex-CMB DL19 (G775FVX), a 106-seat school bus, was photographed in Upper Minety depot in April 2003. After converting to single door and participated in trial services in several bus companies in Britain, ex-NWFB DL43 has become a member of Northern Blue, an operator in Lancashire. The picture below, kindly supplied by Mr David Ashworh, was taken in a Depot in Burnley. Windows were being converted to half-sliding. The two pictures above were taken when the bus entered service. The windows on DL43 have been modified so that they only open to about 5cm. Heaters have also been installed. The same window system is also applied to the ex-Kenya Bus Dragons which run in Manchester. The ex-CMB DL42 and DL44 have become schoolbuses. One belongs to Fargo and the other Cedar. ex-CMB DL42 (G717FVX) is now a Fargo coach. Return to Page 9 Return to Dennis Dominator 6X2 Condor Page created: 28 October 2001 Last updated: 5 July 2003 |
