The SB3000 was a very successful DAF coach model. The production began in 1984 and ended in 2001. The bus chassis could be fitted with various bodies by Smit, Berkhof,  Van Hool, Jonckheere, LAG, Plaxton, etc. The SB3000 is still very popular in the second hand bus market in Europe nowadays.
