The Škoda 15 Tr is an articulated trolleybus based on the non-articulated 14 Tr. It was produced between 1989 and 1997. Cities of many Eastern European countries run this type of trolleybus. Trolleybuses there are not regarded as buses by authorities there. They are classified as part of the railway system although they do not need rail. So only fleet nos. and no vehicle registration nos. are allocated to this mode of transportation.
