New Hong Kong Bus acquired a few Gemilang bodied 18.320 HOCL/Rs in the A69 series to replace their Dennis Darts in 2010. Buses are to be registered in 2011.
Hong Kong Fire Services Department acquired a 18.320 HOCL/R in 2010. It entered service in January 2011.
