The Isuzu KC-LV832L is a 10.5m long super low floor bus for the Japanese domestic market. Production time started from 1998 and ended in June 2000.

Toei Bus (Tokyo Metropolitan Transport Authority) KC-LV832L

The first prototype entered service on 23 March 1998, designated R-D202. Then 9 more buses entered service in March 1999, having fleet nos. E408-16.

These buses have diesel engine. Other buses of the similar type in the fleet are powered by compressed natural gas, amounted to 4.

Kokusai Kogyo Bus currently has the largest fleet of this type, operating 32 diesel buses built between 1998-99 and 1 CNG bus built in 2000.
