CFM Management Limited imported the first Daily 50C15 for public light bus service through the Iveco Distributor, Yardway Motors Limited, in late 2003. The body of the bus is standard to the design by Iveco, with plug type entrance / exit door and sliding windows. The bus is fitted with high-backed plastic seats and automatic transmission. It was the first time for a public light bus to install a plug type door and Hanover Displays electronic destination system. A handover ceremony was held at Whampoa Garden Terminus on 18 January 2004. The boss of the company, who claimed himself "a small business operator" when he protested the potential competitors like free shuttle bus service offered by a large enterprise and new railway extension by the Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation, came to the venue in a Mercedes! Unlike Kowloon Motor Bus, there was neither cocktail nor press conference for the ceremony. The company also did not hold the ceremony in a decent square to show how small the business they are doing. However, CFM Management is one of the most industrious minibus operator in providing quality service. Fixed windows, new vehicles complying to Euro 3 emission standards, stylish bus stops fixed to the ground and belt-type call bells showed a fresher image to its counterparts. Subsequent complaints for insufficient buses owing to the bus quota allowed by the government also show how "small" the business the company is doing. Every animal is equal, but some are more equal. The prosperous routes of 2 and 6 in Kowloon are offered the good service stated above. However, there is no difference to other operators in their Tsuen Wan and Kwai Chung Routes, which probably generate less revenue to the company.
