Ikarus 280 in Russia

This picture shows the front half of an Ikarus 280 articulated bus in Moscow on 24 July 1993. Maintenance of Russian buses are not good. Like China Motor Bus in Hong Kong, buses are not frequently cleaned. The condition of this bus is said to be quite good. Most of them are much poorer.
