Details of AF9 (DH3323, SDA418-168)

The photographs below were taken on 7 November 1999.

After 14 years of service, not many Falcons can bear the small "Dennis" logo. The badge at the radiator cover was "Duple Metsec". But it cannot survive in any of the vehicles.

This picture was taken on King Tung Street. The wheel covers have disappeared.

These two pictures shows the modified sitting layout of AF9. Note the Sutrak rooftop unit in the amidships. Seats are modified to provide more space for standees. But space becomes not enough when fully laden.

This is one of the seat in Falcons. It is well cushioned. The seats in Falcons are the most comfortable among buses in Hong Kong. The new Darts and tridents do not have such comfortable seats.

This picture shows the dashboard of AF9 clearly. The cash box and fare display were of the old type.
