S3N184 (DW8262, DDA1805-487) served 74S

74S is a special route linking Wo Hop Shek cemetery area and Lam Tin MTR Station. It operates on Sundays and public holidays around Ching Ming Festival and Chung Yeung Festival, Chinese festivals that people visit cemeteries. S3N184 is one of the non-airconditioned buses serving this route. The pictures were taken on 4 April 2000, Ching Ming Festival.

More than 300 people queued for 74S. The queue is much longer than what is shown here.

There were only very few standees in the bus when it left Wo Hop Shek Terminus. People would rather wait for another bus because the journey is long. You can see the queue behind the bus.
